The safest and most effective way to clean your oven. The Gozney M.O.P is a first-of-its-kind oven cleaning tool, developed in-house to respond to the needs of the best pizza chefs. While traditional brushes risk shedding bristles in the cook area, the Hearth Mop features a dual-purpose head built to withstand the high temperatures of the pizza oven. On one side, a stainless steel scraper blade loosens stubborn debris without damaging the stone. On the other, an aramid fiber sponge steams and wipes away residue. The removable sponge head is durable - lasting longer than a year with consistent use - and replaceable. An elongated aluminium/aluminum handle allows for safe use in larger ovens, a natural partner for the Pro Peel. This accessory is a massive unlock for any pizza maker and all pizza ovens.
