It is constructed with a steel ratchet buckle, a paddle molded handle, andvinyl-coated S hooks. To engage attach the hook to an anchor point, pull the strap over the cargo, and tug to desired tension. Then ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
