Crafted by six-time World Champion Pitmaster and TV barbecue personality, Tuffy Stone - The Professor' of Barbecue. The Big Umami All Purpose Mix features the mythical umami flavor, the elusive "fifth taste". Made for taste buds you never knew existed, it's a better salt and pepper. Simply sprinkle it over your favorite foods as a pop of flavor. Or use as a seasoning on meats and allow the flavors to infuse for 15 minutes before grilling or cooking. Great on pork, beef, chicken, vegetables, seafood, fries, soups and burgers. Perfect for all smoked, grilled, roasted, sauteed, braised or stewed foods. Our Tuffy Stone The Big Umami Seasoning is made using high-quality, hand-selected spices that have been expertly blended to create a not so subtle side kick to the palate. Gluten free.
