Easy to use. simply hold the nipper in a scissor-like manner, line up the cut or shape to be cut and squeeze the handles gently. The wheels do not need to turn when you are cutting. When the cutting wheel is dull, simply loosen with the supplied Allen Wrench, slightly rotate the wheels and re-tighten screws.
