You can also control the closing and latching speed to eliminate any door slamming. An included high-grade aluminum universal mounting plate is pre-drilled to match the hole patterns of most closers in the market, eliminating the need to drill new holes in an expensive or fire-rated door. Upgrading or replacing a broken closer is now easier than ever! The all-in-one closer meets ANSI Grade 1 requirements, is 3-hour fire-rated (UL Listed), and is ADA compliant making it perfect for commercial use by meeting building codes. For added versatility, it has adjustable sizing ranging from 1-6 and a 180-degree opening range so you can use it in a variety of settings ranging from light to heavy-duty. Adjustable backcheck helps prevent wind damage to your closer and your door. The all-in-one closer works on interior doors up to 60" wide and exterior doors up to 48" wide. It can be applied to left or right hinged doors and can be standard, top, or parallel mounted. An aluminum closer body, all mounting hardware, and installation instructions are included.
