The 9 in. stormwater catch basin connects to 3 in., 4 in., and 6 in. drain pipe with applicable outlet adapter (sold separately). As part of a complete drainage system, the catch basin captures surface water and directs it to drain pipes which carry the water to a discharge point downstream such as a pop-up emitter, or to percolate into the ground with a dry well or infiltration trench. Basin is made of polypropylene, a type of plastic, treated with UV inhibitors. Built-in sump is easy to access and clean. Choose from a variety of compatible grates to block debris from your drainage system; load rating will vary based on type of grate selected. Tapered catch basin, requires either 1206, 1243, 1245, 1266 universal outlet for each opening.
